Auckland Women’s Centre is committed to contributing toward a strong Rainbow community in Auckland. We offer the services and resources outlined below to the Rainbow community. We undertake to ensure that they are ethical, confidential and accessible. Trans women are women.

Rainbow Women's Social Night

Come and join Sharon at the Auckland Women’s Centre for an evening of DVDs or games

Relax, chill, unwind and socialise… just rock on up, we’d love to see you.

We alternate the nights, watching DVD’s one month and playing Games the next month. Bring your dinner if you would like to.

All queer, lesbian, bi, takatāpui and trans women welcome.

Would you like a supportive women’s space to talk about same sex attraction?

This group is participant directed and a space to explore topics like:

  • Being in an opposite sex relationship and having same sex attraction
  • Finding community and dating
  • Being out in society
  • If you want to come out, how to tell family, friends, work colleagues
  • Relationships with women

Come along, ask questions, share, this is a safe, non-judgemental environment.
