The Auckland Women's Centre is starting a new Feminist group with the first meeting being on Wednesday September 8th. We envisage that this group will meet monthly and possibly organise relevant forums and action on particular topics.

We recently had a book launch for our new publication, A PROUD HERSTORY; A CELEBRATION OF THE AUCKLAND WOMEN'S CENTRE 1975-2010. Past Coordinators, Sue Fitchett, Jacqui Fill and Paulette Benton-Greig spoke offering their reflections on the Centre's growth and development since it's origin. Cost is $15 from the Centre or $20 from the Women's Bookshop. We would be more than happy to post you a copy for $18 ($3 for post and packaging).
WONDERFUL NEW ADDITIONS TO OUR LIBRARY
Our wonderful library is open Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm and is also staffed on Saturdays from 11am-1:30pm by our lovely team of volunteers. New titles added recently include:
